These open tubular syringe-shaped columns with Luer tip outlets feature an octyl (MOS, C8, RP8) modified silica phase, not endcapped, providing a reversed phase (RP) separation principle suitable for applications such as PCBs, pesticides, hydrophilic and lipophilic vitamins, hormones, desalting of biological macromolecules, among others.
