SPE Cartridges CHROMAFIX ® C8

Commonly employed in multi-step synthesis and reaction processes, Spe Cartridges Chromafix® C8 are versatile tools in the field of solid phase extraction (SPE). These tubular syringe-shaped cartridges with Luer tip inlet and outlet come in a package containing 10 units of 5 each. Featuring a C8 phase, these medium version cartridges have a column volume of 0.8 ml and a pore size of 60 Å. The particles, which are fully porous, measure 45 µm in diameter and contain 8% carbon. They are made of polypropylene (PP) columns with polyethylene (PE) filter elements. The recommended applications for these cartridges include PCBs and pesticides, making them suitable for a wide range of separation tasks. The cartridges can withstand a pressure of up to 10 bar and are stable within a pH range of 2.0-8.0.
