These open tubular syringe-shaped columns with Luer tip outlets feature an octyl (MOS, C8, RP8) modified silica phase, not endcapped, offering a reversed phase (RP) separation principle suitable for PCBs, pesticides, hydrophilic and lipophilic vitamins, hormones, desalting of biological macromolecules, among other applications. With a specific surface area according to BET of 280 m²/g, these columns provide a large surface area for efficient separations while maintaining their structural integrity at recommended room temperature storage conditions.
