Adapted for use across diverse chemical handling environments, the Spe Polypropylene Columns Roti ® X Bond C18 come in a packing of 10 x 5 units, each containing 3 ml of column volume filled with 500 mg of 17% carbon content, fully porous particles (FPP), octadecyl (ODS, C18, RP18) modified silica phase. This reversed phase (RP) column is ideal for the separation of non-polar and hydrophobic compounds such as aflatoxins, antibiotics, drugs, fatty acids, caffeine, preservatives, nicotine, PAHs, PCBs, pesticides, heavy metals, vitamins, and more. With a specific surface area of 300 m²/g according to BET, these columns offer excellent adsorption capacity
