Widely applied in chemical workflows, the Roti® Antibiotic Discs Colistin (Cl) are stored at -20°C and come in packs containing 50 units, each disk measuring 6mm in diameter. These disks contain colistin at a concentration of 10 μg, making them ideal for use in the qualitative analysis of bacterial sensitivity to antimicrobial agents via in vitro diffusion methods. They are tested according to CLSI guidelines and are not intended for medical use or as an in vitro diagnostic product.
