Engineered for consistent performance, the Hplc Column Nucleodur ® PFP, 3 μm, 150 mm, 3 mm features fully porous particles (FPP) with a pentafluorophenylpropyl (PFP) modification on high purity NUCLEODUR ® silica gel. This reversed phase (RP) column offers an alternative selectivity compared to traditional C 18 modifications and operates via four retention mechanisms: polar interactions (H bonds), dipole-dipole interactions, π-π interactions, and hydrophobic interactions. With a pressure stability of 600 bar and temperature stability up to 60 °C, this analytical separation column is suitable for LC/MS applications due to its low bleeding characteristics. It comes packaged with an instruction leaflet and certificate of analysis.
