Engineered for consistent performance, the HPLC Column Nucleodur ® Π 2, 3 μm, 100 mm, 3 mm features a biphenylpropyl modification and a specific surface area of 340 m²/g, making it ideal for separating aromatic and unsaturated compounds such as antibiotics, pharmaceutical products, steroids, and particularly polar compounds. With a pore size of 110 Å, pore volume of 0.9 ml/g, and particle size of 3 μm, this fully porous particle (FPP) column offers excellent performance under highly aqueous conditions, even at temperatures up to 60°C and pressures of 600 bar. The column's unique π-π and hydrophobic interactions provide superior retention capabilities for these types of substances
