Engineered for consistent performance, this HPLC column NUCLEODUR ® C 18 Gravity features fully porous particles (FPP) with a particle size of 5 μm and a column volume of 1.25 ml. Its high density C 18 phase, based on high purity NUCLEODUR ® silica gel, offers excellent pH stability ranging from 1 to 11, making it ideal for separating basic and other ionizable analytes. With an enhanced pressure stability of up to 600 bar and temperature stability at 60°C, this column is suitable for a wide range of applications including anti-inflammatory drugs, herbicides, and pharmaceutical products. The column comes packed in a 75mm x 4.6mm stainless steel housing, and is compatible with acetonitrile-water eluents.
