Recommended for applications requiring controlled solvent behavior, such as quinolone antibiotics, substituted aromatics, sulfonamides, xanthines, and those involving additional π-π interactions, the Hplc Column Nucleodur ® Sphinx Rp offers a unique selectivity due to its bifunctional RP phase made from high purity NUCLEODUR ® silica gel, which features a balanced ratio of propylphenyl and C 18 ligands. With a pore size of 110 Å, a specific surface area of 340 m²/g, and a particle size of 3 μm, this analytical separation column provides excellent performance under pressures up to 600 bar and temperatures up to 60 °C. Its endcapping ensures stable column efficiency and long lifetime, making it suitable for LC-MS
