With its unique combination of hydrophobic C18 modification and embedded polar group, it exhibits both steric and enhanced polar selectivity. This makes it particularly suitable for separating polar compounds such as amino acids, basic pharmaceuticals, nitrogen-containing compounds, organic acids, pesticides, phenols, water-soluble vitamins, and even for 100% aqueous eluents. Additionally, its low bleeding characteristics make it ideal for LC/MS applications.
