Manufactured to meet research and production requirements, the HPLC Column Nucleodur® C 18 Pyramid offers superior performance for separating complex mixtures in pharmaceuticals, organic acids, and other applications. With its fully porous particles (FPP), 5 μm particle size, and 1.65 ml column volume, it provides excellent pressure stability up to 600 bar and temperature stability up to 60°C. Its unique polar endcapping makes this C 18 phase suitable for aqueous eluents, making it ideal for 100% aqueous eluents and water-soluble vitamins. This HPLC column is compatible with reversed phase (RP) separation principles and exhibits hydrophobic and polar interactions (H bonds).
