Designed with efficiency in synthetic processes in mind, this HPLC column Nucleodur® C 8 Gravity features fully porous particles (FPP) with a particle size of 5 μm and an internal length of 125 mm x 2 mm. Its high density C 8 phase, based on high purity Nucleodur® silica gel, offers excellent pH stability ranging from 1 to 11, making it ideal for separating basic and other ionizable analytes. With a specific surface area of 340 m²/g, this column provides ample interaction sites for hydrophobic (van der Waals) interactions, ensuring optimal retention mechanisms. Additionally, its endcapping feature suppresses unwanted polar interactions, enhancing its suitability for LC/MS applications and method development. This analytical separation column comes complete with an instruction leaflet and certificate of analysis
