Widely applied in chemical workflows, the Hplc Column Nucleodur® C 8 Gravity, 3 μm, 75 mm, 4 mm is a versatile analytical separation column designed for reversed phase (RP) separations. Its high density C 8 phase, based on high purity NUCLEODUR® silica gel, offers excellent pH stability ranging from 1 to 11, making it ideal for method development and RP applications. The endcapped nature of this column suppresses unwanted polar interactions, ensuring superior base deactivation (BDS). With a particle size of 3 μm, it provides exceptional pressure stability up to 600 bar and temperature stability up to 60°C. Recommended applications include but are not limited to anti-inflammatory drugs, immunosuppressants, and herbicides,
