Made from high-purity NUCLEODUR ® silica gel, these columns feature a polar group embedded in a hydrophobic C 18 modification, resulting in a phase with both steric and increased polar selectivity. This makes it ideal for use under high aqueous conditions, providing excellent results even when working with water-soluble substances like amino acids, basic pharmaceuticals, and nitrogen-containing compounds. Furthermore, its low bleeding characteristics make it suitable for LC/MS applications.
