Manufactured to meet research and production requirements, this HPLC column NUCLEODUR® PFP features a 100mm x 3mm column with a 5μm particle size, suitable for reversed phase separations. The column's pentafluorophenylpropyl (PFP) modification offers an alternative selectivity compared to traditional C18 modifications, making it ideal for the separation of aromatic and unsaturated compounds, basic compounds, halogenated compounds, isomers, pharmaceutical products, phenols, and especially polar compounds. With a specific surface area of 340 m²/g, this fully porous particle (FPP) column provides excellent separation efficiency while maintaining low bleeding characteristics, making it suitable for LC/MS applications. The column's pressure stability of up to 600 bar ensures reliable performance under various conditions, and its temperature stability
