Engineered for consistent performance, the HPLC Column Nucleodur® C 18 Pyramid, available in a 125mm x 21mm dimension, features fully porous particles (FPP) with a particle size of 5μm and a specific surface area of 340m²/g. This reversed phase (RP) column is designed for use with acetonitrile-water eluents and offers pressure stability up to 400 bar and temperature stability up to 60°C. Its unique polar endcapping makes it suitable for aqueous eluents, earning it the nickname 'aqua column'. Ideal for separating very polar compounds such as pharmaceutical raw materials, analgesics, and water-soluble vitamins, among others.
