Order number: 369C.1
Part number: AC100008692
Designed for professional use, the HPLC Column Nucleoshell® PFP, 100 mm, 4.6 mm offers exceptional performance in the separation of aromatic and unsaturated compounds, halogenated hydrocarbons, high retention of basic compounds, isomers, phenols, pharmaceutical products, and polar compounds. Its unique pentafluorophenylpropyl (PFP) modification on core-shell, superficially porous particles (SPP) provides an alternative selectivity compared to traditional C18 modifications. With a specific surface area of 90 m²/g, this reversed-phase (RP) column also exhibits excellent compatibility with LC/MS applications due to its low bleeding characteristics. It operates under a pressure of up to 600 bar and maintains stability at temperatures up to 60°C.
