Developed to align with modern chemical standards, the Hplc Column Nucleodur ® C 4 Ec, 100 MM, 2 MM offers a medium density butyl modification based on high purity NUCLEODUR ® silica gel. This separation column for HPLC is often used for the separation of biomolecules, such as proteins and peptides. With a specific surface area of 100 m²/g, it provides a large surface area for efficient separations. The column features fully porous particles (FPP) with a particle size of 5 μm and a pressure stability of up to 450 bar.
