Designed for professional use, the HPLC Column Nucleodur® PFP, 5 μm, 125 mm, 4 mm features a pentafluorophenylpropyl (PFP) modification on high purity NUCLEODUR® silica gel. This hydrophobic phase offers an alternative selectivity compared to traditional C18 modifications. With a particle size of 5 μm and a specific surface area of 340 m²/g according to BET, it provides excellent separation capabilities for various applications such as antibiotics, aromatic and unsaturated compounds, basic compounds, halogenated compounds, isomers, pharmaceutical products, phenols, and especially polar compounds. It also exhibits low bleeding characteristics, making it suitable for LC/MS. The column comes with a delivery that includes one analytical HPLC column
