Thulium ICP Standard Solution

Characterized by well-defined physical properties suited for technical use, the Thulium ICP Standard Solution is designed for Inductively Coupled Plasma – Optical Emission Spectrometry (ICP-OES). This solution is prepared using high-purity materials, ensuring its compatibility with both Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy (AAS) and ICP methods. It is certified and traceable to National Institute of Standards and Technology standard reference solutions, except for iridium, osmium, and ruthenium. The solution contains thulium at a concentration of 1000 mg/L, suspended in a matrix of nitric acid (2-5%).
