Structured to assist in consistent experimental procedures, the Spe Polypropylene Column Chromabond® C18 PAH is designed for solid phase extraction (SPE) in environmental analysis. This phase features a special octadecyl (ODS, C18, RP18) modified silica phase, not endcapped, and a reversed phase (RP) separation principle. With a particle size of 45 μm and a filling quantity of 2000 mg, it offers a column volume of 6 ml and a pH stability range of 2.0-8.0. The column type is open tubular syringe-shaped with a Luer tip outlet, and the material consists of PP columns with PE filter elements. Its recommended application is the extraction of PAHs from water, and it boasts a specific surface area of 500 m²/g.
