BrightGreen DNA dye, 9.0 ml, 5 x 1.8 ml

Optimized for controlled laboratory processes, this Brightgreen DNA dye comes in a convenient 5 x 1.8 mL package. This staining reagent is designed specifically for the detection of double-stranded nucleic acid in agarose and polyacrylamide gels. It binds to the minor groove of DNA and intercalates into the DNA structure. With a sensitivity of 0.01 ng/band, it offers excellent detection capabilities. When excited at either 254 nm or 495 nm, it emits a bright green fluorescence at 521 nm. Store this dye at -20 °C when not in use.
