Distinguished by its well-documented behavior in regulated processes, the Brightgreen DNA dye exhibits exceptional performance in the staining of nucleic acids. This 1.8 mL solution, available in individual 1.8 mL packages, boasts a density of 1 g/cm³ and offers sensitivity as low as 0.01 ng/band. The dye stores optimally at -20 °C and contains approximately 2000 molecules per milliliter. It binds to the minor groove of DNA and intercalates into the DNA structure, emitting a maximum fluorescence at 521 nm upon excitation at either 254 nm or 495 nm.
