Characterized by well-defined physical properties suited for technical use, the Syringe Filters Rotilabo ® Regenerated Cellulose (RC), 0.2 µm, 30 mm, Non-Sterile feature a 34 mm pressure- and chemical-resistant polypropylene (PP) housing. This housing accommodates a hydrophilic regenerated cellulose (RC) membrane with a diameter of 30 mm and a pore size of 0.2 µm. The membrane exhibits low non-specific adsorption performance for proteins, ensuring minimal protein adhesion (<10 μg/cm²). The syringe filters offer a filtration area of 7.07 cm², a total filter volume of 0.864 ml, and a maximum operating pressure of 6 bar. The filters are color-coded orange for easy identification and come equipped with Luer lock and Luer connectors for inlet and outlet connections, respectively. They are suitable for sample volumes exceeding 100 ml and boast a dead volume of less than 170 µl.
