This membrane ensures ultra-fast filtration of various aqueous solutions, including tissue culture media and additives. The filters feature a sterile state, a PMMA polymer housing, and Luer lock connectors for both the inlet and outlet. With a pore size of 0.22 µm, these syringe filters can handle sample volumes up to approximately 100 ml while maintaining a low dead volume of less than 80 µl. The maximum operating pressure is 8.6 bar, and they can operate at temperatures up to 45°C.
