Prepared for use in regulated laboratory conditions, the Syringe Filters Chromafil ® Pet, 0.45 µm, 25 mm, 400 units offer non-sterile filtration for liquids or gases, as well as sample preparation for various analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC, ICP, AAS, TOC, DOC, IR, NMR, photometry, spectroscopy, etc. These filters feature a compacted PP housing with a low extractable substance content and good chemical resistance, making them suitable for autoclaving at 121 °C and 1.1 bar for 30 minutes. The PET membrane has a pore size of 0.45 µm, a filtration area of 4.9 cm², and a dead volume of approximately 80 µl. The filters can handle sample volumes ranging from 5 to 100 ml, and they are equipped with Luer lock connectors for the inlet and Luer connections for the outlet. The maximum operating pressure is 6 bar, and the maximum application temperature is 55 °C.
