Widely applied in chemical workflows, syringe filters Millex ® IC offer efficient sample preparation for ion chromatography. These filters feature a low-binding hydrophilic PTFE membrane and exhibit minimal extractable substances content, ensuring clear filtration of both aqueous and slightly organic solutions. With a pore size of 0.2 μm, they effectively remove impurities while maintaining a dead volume under 25 µl. The filters have a diameter of 13 mm, accommodating samples up to ~10 ml, and come equipped with Luer lock connectors at both ends. Constructed from HDPE, these non-sterile filters can operate at pressures up to 7 bar and temperatures up to 45 °C.
