Established as a dependable compound in analytical and synthetic chemistry, the Syringe Filters Chromafil ® Pvdf, 0.2 µm offers exceptional performance in compacted polypropylene (PP) housing with minimal extractable substances content and robust chemical resistance. This non-sterile filter is ideal for various applications such as clarification, sterile filtration of liquids or gases, and sample preparation for use in HPLC, GC, ICP, AAS, TOC, DOC, IR, NMR, photometry, spectroscopy, and other analytical techniques. With a pore size of 0.2 µm, this filter ensures efficient removal of particles while maintaining a relatively low dead volume of approximately 35 μl. The filter accommodates sample volumes ranging from 1–5 ml, providing a filtration area of 1.6 cm². The Syringe Filters Chromafil ® Pvdf, 0.2 µm features Luer lock and Mini-Spike connections for convenient inlet and outlet connections, respectively, and can withstand a maximum operating pressure of 6 bar and a maximum application temperature of 55 °C.
