Recommended for applications requiring controlled solvent behavior, the Syringe Filters Chromafil® Xtra Ptfe, 1,0 µm, 100 Units offer excellent performance in the filtration of liquids or gases, as well as in sample preparation for various analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC, ICP, AAS, TOC, DOC, IR, NMR, photometry, spectroscopy, method validation, and certification. With a hydrophobic PTFE membrane and a PP housing, these filters exhibit good chemical resistance, low extractable substances content, and minimal bleeding. They feature a dead volume of approximately 80 μl, a filtration area of 4.9 cm², and can handle sample volumes ranging from 5 to 100 ml. The filters come equipped with Luer lock and Luer connectors, ensuring secure connections during use. Operating pressures up to 12 bar and temperatures up to 55°C make them suitable for a wide range of applications.
