Manufactured to meet research and production requirements, these Syringe Filters Chromafil® PVDF, 0.45 μm offer efficient filtration for various applications, such as compacted liquid or gas clarification, sample preparation for analytical techniques like HPLC, GC, ICP, AAS, TOC, DOC, IR, NMR, photometry, spectrophotometry, and spectroscopy. With a pore size of 0.45 μm, they provide excellent particle retention while maintaining a relatively small dead volume of approximately 35 μl. These non-sterile syringe filters feature a 25mm PP housing with minimal extractable substances content and good chemical resistance. They come equipped with a Luer lock connector for the inlet and a Mini-Spike for the outlet. The filter membrane, made of PVDF, offers a filtration area of 1.6 cm² and can handle sample volumes between 1–5 ml. The maximum operating pressure is 6 bar, and the recommended maximum application temperature is 55°C.
