Intended for structured formulation workflows, the Syringe Filters Chromafil ® Xtra Pet, 0.2 µm, 400 Units serve as non-sterile tools for filtering liquids or gases, as well as preparing samples for various analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC, ICP, AAS, TOC, DOC, IR, NMR, photometry, spectroscopy, method validation, and certification. These filters feature a 30mm diameter polypropylene (PP) housing with a low extractable substance content and minimal bleeding, ensuring minimal interference with the analyzed samples. The filters have a 25mm diameter PET membrane with a pore size of 0.2 µm, suitable for filtering particles up to this size. They can handle sample volumes ranging from 5 to 100ml, with a filtration area of 4.9cm². The filters are compatible with luer lock connectors and can withstand a maximum operating pressure of 12 bar and a maximum application temperature of 55°C.
