Adapted for use across diverse chemical handling environments, this non-sterile syringe filter features a pressure- and chemical-resistant housing made of polypropylene (PP) with an outer diameter of 20 millimeters. The slightly hydrophobic PVDF membrane, with a pore size of 0.45 micrometers, is suitable for clarifying and filtering organic and partially organic solutions. The filter offers a filtration area of 1.77 square centimeters and a total filter volume of 0.335 milliliters. The filter accommodates sample volumes between 1 and 10 milliliters, with a dead volume less than 25 microliters. The inlet and outlet connections are equipped with Luer lock and Luer connectors, respectively. This syringe filter has a maximum operating pressure of 7 bars and is color-coded for easy identification.
