Utilized in a broad range of chemical manufacturing applications, the Thermal Cycler A2, 2 X 96 Well is an essential tool for polymerase chain reaction (PCR) processes. This device features a USB port, HD Android touchscreen display, and a performance of 900 W. It accommodates up to 2 x 96 samples and offers a maximum heating rate of 3.4 °C/s. With its eight Peltier elements, it can maintain block temperatures between 4-100 °C, and the lid temperature can be adjusted between 35-115 °C (with the option to switch it off). The Thermal Cycler A2 also includes an Auto-Restart function and allows for increment/decrement of both temperature and time. Its block uniformity at 55 °C is ±0.3 °C, and it boasts a temperature control accuracy of ±0.25 °C at the same temperature.
