Prepared for use in regulated laboratory conditions, the Weise Buffer Concentrate PH 7.2 provides an economical solution for staining and rinsing processes in histology. This stabilized buffer concentrate, available in demand-oriented packaging, requires dilution with 10 ml concentrate per 1 liter of distilled water to create a working solution. Ideal for diluting staining solutions such as the Giemsa stock solution in Pappenheim staining, this phosphate-buffered salt solution maintains stability for approximately four weeks when stored between 15 and 25 degrees Celsius.
