This stabilized buffer concentrate, available in demand-oriented packaging, requires dilution with 10 ml concentrate per 1 liter of distilled water to create a working solution. Ideal for diluting staining solutions such as the Giemsa stock solution in Pappenheim staining, this phosphate-buffered salt solution maintains stability for approximately four weeks when stored between 15 and 25 degrees Celsius.
