This dehydrated nutrient media for microbiology, certified according to ISO 22964, stains Cronobacter species green to turquoise through the reaction of its α-D-glucosidase. It also provides clear differentiation between Cronobacter and other bacteria like E. coli, which appear transparent to red/violet, and Staphylococcus, which are inhibited.
