This selective enrichment and isolation medium replaces blood with charcoal, sodium pyruvate, and iron sulfate, making it suitable for a variety of microbiological tests while ensuring optimal growth conditions for Campylobacter species such as Campylobacter jejuni and Campylobacter coli. Store this dehydrated nutrient media between +15 to +25°C for long-term preservation. Alternatively known as Modified CCDA, this agar base is ideal for maintaining the highest levels of food safety in your processing operations.
