Engineered to maintain reliability in process-driven workflows, the Rotary Vane Pump Package Rotilabo ® Cr-Ds40 is a robust, two-stage vacuum pump suitable for applications such as vacuum ovens, freeze dryers, and the Schlenkline technique. With an extended oil change interval due to its large oil storage tank and reduced chemical activity through optimized cooling, this pump offers increased dilution of chemical vapors, minimization of oil degradation rates, and decreased chemical damage. Additionally, its decelerated metal corrosion, achieved through an extra coating on the pump module and oil storage tank, combined with cold traps, extends maintenance intervals. Weighing 15 kg and featuring a KF DN 16 small flange connection, this pump operates at a noise level of 50 dB and delivers a suction capacity of 2.3 m
