These enzymes are optimized for all PCR cycling protocols, making them ideal for various applications such as analysis of cloning efficiency, gene fishing, and routine screening processes. They come in a 500 μL volume, divided into five aliquots of 100 μL each, and feature colourless and red reaction buffers, allowing for easy visualization during gel electrophoresis. The amplicon ends are designed with a 3'dA overhang, ensuring efficient ligation and cloning. Store these enzymes at -20 °C when not in use.
